Umm discussing with =Rikyo he brought up a set number of panels and that's it.
I thought it evened the playing ground If everyone drew the same amount of shidt. Would ya feel that?
or maybe should we increase the # of panels?

well, the way i see it, if you drew a full page spread or something like that, you could get a whole bunch of badass detail in one momment of badassery. with panels you can get the badassery in motion but less space... i dunno.

eheheh... both.
if we have to choose then its either for me. i like full pages but thats all i really do and i badly need to practice in paneled pages, but mine arent going to win me a contest i dont think...

i guess having different types of pages makes it really hard to judge.

screw it, i choose 5 panel limit.

I'm not comfortable with brining it up to five panels. It makes things too easy as far as story telling and building up for the entry. When me and you talked and I opted for a 3 panel maximum, it was because alot of entries from the other contest were doing full comic book pages instead of straight drawings of hawtness making it a quantity over quality thing in my opinion. If they were able to tell a story better than the other person then they usually lost, which basically made it a comic battle instead of a regular OC battle.

Even I was a little concerned how I was gonna execute ideas with three panels max, but thats what is going to make this contest of artistic heavyweights so interesting in my opinion. I don't have to push myself with nearly double the original number, and neither does anyone else. It makes things way too easy for us, and I know we are all more than capable of having that kind of restraint and manage just fine.

aye, you prove a good point, sir. So if 3 panels it is, splash pages are again welcome.
It'll be hard to beat your logic XDDD
